Dovetail Drawer Boxes

Our furniture grade Dovetail Drawer Boxes include the following standard features:

• Completely assembled, finished and ready to install
• 1/2" thick Select Hard Maple construction
• 1/4" Maple bottoms with concealed dado
• Bottom dado at 1/2" from bottom edge
• Bottoms are nailed with 5/8 brads and glued into dado
• Half-blind English Dovetails are exposed on the sides only
• Dovetails are CNC precision cut for clean, tight fit
• Dovetails sanded smooth after box is assembled
• Glued Dovetail joints for rigid construction
• Top edges receive a smooth 3/32" radius
• Boxes are sealed and receive a Conversion Varnish topcoat
